Pinellas County has launched a powerful new way to help your clients move from renting to owning – and we’d love for you to be part of it.
The People First Homebuyer Assistance Program (HBA) is one of the County’s new hurricane recovery initiatives. Funded by a federal grant, it provides up to $80,000 in assistance to eligible Pinellas renters who are ready to buy a home in Pinellas County.
Please note: Residents of the City of St. Petersburg are not eligible, as the City received its own CDBG-DR allocation.
Join us for in-person professional workshops on December 9 and 11, tailored specifically for real estate, lending, and housing counseling professionals. You’ll get the insights you need to confidently guide your clients and maximize this new funding resource.
