Rumors have been flying this year that rates would be coming down. Well, for the last few weeks they have been doing just that. Today I am happy to show you that both FHA (Federal Housing Authority) and VA (Veteran’s Administration) interest rates are nicely below 6%! And 15 year loan could be as low as 5.392%!
Prices have also been steadily coming down. So if you have been sitting on the fence, waiting to buy, this looks like a great time to do that!
